Being at the north end of the Willamette Valley and directly south of metro Portland means not only development pressures, but ever-increasing traffic. FOFP has put forward a Traffic Safety Agenda to draw attention to the increase in traffic, and the accidents which accompany it, since there have been no corresponding significant improvements or upgrades in the road system.
